Welcome to PDF Reader & Scanner. These Terms of Service outline the main agreements between the user and ZhangWei regarding the download, access, and use of this App and related services. By using this App, the user understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall this App.
This App provides PDF scanning, recognition, editing, conversion, merging, splitting, sharing, document management, and other related functions. Specific functions, availability, processing methods, and limitations may vary depending on device model, system version, or network environment.
Users are responsible for the documents, images, text, signatures, annotations, and other content they import, photograph, upload, edit, or share.
